- Sparringspartner für Fachbereiche und Key User rund um Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central – von der Anforderung bis zur stabilen Lösung
- Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen und Umsetzung von Optimierungen in BC
- Sicherstellung eines stabilen Systembetriebs inkl. Monitoring von Schnittstellen und kritischen Prozessen
- Übernahme von 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support mit strukturierter Ticketaufnahme und Priorisierung
- Entwicklung und Betreuung von BC-Erweiterungen (z. B. Extensions, Schnittstellen, Berichte) in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Systemhaus oder Freelancern
- Weiterentwicklung der ERP-Landschaft rund um Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Begleitung von Rollouts neuer Mandanten/Gesellschaften
- Durchführung von Trainings und Erstellung verständlicher Dokumentation für Key User

Deine Aufgaben
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossene IT-bezogene Ausbildung oder Studium (z. B. Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar)
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central als Developer oder Technical/Functional Consultant
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in AL (BC Extensions) sowie Verständnis für BC-Objekte, Datenmodell, gängige Erweiterungsmuster und SQL Server
- Praxis in Fehleranalyse, Supportprozessen und Integrationen, zum Beispiel mit APIs, Webservices, Konfigurationspaketen und Add-ons
- Erfahrung im Prozessmanagement inklusive Ist-/Soll-Analyse, Dokumentation und Optimierung
- Fundierte Projektmanagement-Kenntnisse, inkl. Planung mit Gantt und MS Planner
- Starke Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, lösungsorientiertes und pragmatisches Arbeiten mit Hands-on-Mentalität und Umsetzungsstärke
- Flexibles hybrides Arbeitsmodell mit zwei Präsenztagen pro Woche in Straßlach; gelegentliche Termine an anderen Standorten im Rahmen von Einführungen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
